Peach Brandy Fruit Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. whole milk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. peach brandy
1/2 pt. whipped whipping cream, chilled
Preparation

Melt butter; add sugar, milk and beaten egg yolks.
Cook until thickened over low heat.
Remove from heat; add brandy and cool. Add whipped cream and stir well with small wooden spoon.
Serve over fresh melons and assorted fruits.
