Shish Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2-inch cubes cooked lamb or beef (3 oz.)
    1/4 tomato or several cherry tomatoes
    2 large mushrooms
    green pepper pieces
Preparation
    Alternate pieces of vegetables with meat and broil until well browned.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 1 serving.
    One serving contains approximately (Exchanges):
    3 meat and 1 vegetable.
