Sausage And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. hot or sweet sausage (I prefer 1/2 lb. hot and 1 1/2 lb. regular)
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Grate cheese finely.
    Cook sausage until fully cooked.
    Mix Bisquick with water and cheese; add sausage.
    Form into balls and bake at 400\u00b0 for exactly 10 minutes on lightly greased cookie tins.
    To freeze, don't get too brown.
    Freeze and reheat.
