Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate for 3 days.
    Each day take out and mix.
    Fourth day divide into 5 long rolls.
    Lay on broiler pan.
    Bake 5 hours at 175\u00b0.
    Keeps well in freezer.
