Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes or any beef in cubes
    4 medium potatoes, cut up
    2 medium onions, cut up
    1 pt. carrots
    1 pt. peas
    broth from beef
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley
    dash of hot sauce
    dash of ginger
Preparation
    Cook beef cubes in water until soft, or use leftover beef and broth.
    Add everything but peas.
    Cook until all is soft.
    Then add peas.
    Simmer 20 minutes or longer.
    (The longer it simmers, the better it tastes!)
