Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
sliced bananas
Preparation

Cook sugar and butter in heavy skillet until a chocolate brown.
Add water and boil until dissolved.
Combine egg yolks, flour and milk; stir well.
Add to sugar mixture and cook until thick.
Let cool, then add peanuts and sliced bananas.
