Hamburger Steak With Brown Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. catsup
2 slices toast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except onion and form into patties.
Place into frying pan with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Brown on both sides of patties.
Remove from pan.
Place in baking dish.
Cover with sliced onion.
