Almond Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. almonds, chopped fine
Preparation
    Beat the eggs and sugar well with electric mixer. Add the vanilla and almond extract.
    Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and almonds and add to the first mixture.
    With floured hands, shape into an 8 x 4-inch rectangle. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool and cut 1/4-inch slices, cut in two.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool. Cover cookie sheet with heavy-duty foil.
