Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef boneless chuck
    1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 pkg. soy sauce
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cut beef chuck in half.
    Put 1 stick of butter in pot; cook for 1 hour until brown.
    Put 2 1/2 cups of water.
    Let cook for 1 hour.
    Mix 1 cup flour with hot water very good until smooth; let simmer.
    Put frozen cut broccoli in same pot; let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until broccoli is steamed.
    You can put over white rice or potatoes or pasta.
