Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, frozen and chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Add corn, egg, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, onion, 2 Tbsp. butter, salt, and pepper.
    Turn into 1 qt. casserole.
    Combine 1/4 c. cracker crumbs and 1 Tbsp. butter. Sprinkle over top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
