Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings or drummettes
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. currant or plum jelly
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dip chicken in beaten egg, then flour; cook in small amount of oil until browned.
    Place chicken in a long baking dish.
    Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan; boil for 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Chicken will absorb sauce.
    Excellent party finger food or as a main dish.
