Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced zucchini (1/2-inch cubes)
    1 large chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 can cream of shrimp soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients. Put in 2 quart greased baking dish. Combine bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Saute 5 minutes and put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
