Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 oz. chocolate bits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until they begin to stiffen.
    Add sugar, gradually beat until stiff.
    Fold in chocolate bits slowly.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
    Place in oven.
    Turn off oven at once.
    Let sit overnight.
    Makes 2 dozen cookies.
