Dutch Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
oil for deep frying
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine milk and eggs in bowl, mix well.
Set aside.
Sift 1 1/2 cups flour, salt and baking powder together.
Pour egg mixture into flour mixture.
Blend well.
Add additional flour to make thick batter.
Fill 9-inch skillet 2/3 full of oil, heat to 375\u00b0. Pour batter into 1/2 inch funnel, drizzle batter from funnel into hot oil.
Turn to brown on both sides.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve hot.
