Prawns With Wine And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. prawns
    1 cube butter
    1 c. white wine
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 bunch green onions, sliced 1 inch
    1 tsp. flour
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt butter over medium heat; turn to low heat.
    Add garlic, green onions and prawns.
    Saute until prawns turn pink.
    Add wine; bring to simmer.
    Thicken with flour slightly.
    Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
