Water Chestnut Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole water chestnuts, drained
    bacon strips (uncooked)
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Wrap water chestnuts with bacon strips.
    Fasten with toothpicks.
    Bake 60 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Combine remaining ingredients to make sauce.
    Drain off bacon grease and cover appetizers with sauce.
    Bake another 30 minutes.
