Enchiladas El Paso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. tomatoes, crushed
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded super brand Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat and onions; drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, paste, water and seasoning.
    Simmer minutes.
    Place round tablespoon of each meat sauce and cheese on each tortilla. Roll up tightly.
    Place seam side down in 12 x 8-inch baking dish; top with remaining sauce and cheese.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
