Mixer Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. soft shortening
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water in a bowl.
    Let set 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir. Add half the flour, sugar, salt, shortening and egg.
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until the batter is smooth and shiny.
