Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 cup Cool Whip
    grated or melted chocolate for garnish
Preparation
    Bake pie crust, cool and set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.
    Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Turn mixture into the prepared pie crust and garnish with chocolate.
    Freeze for one hour or refrigerate until firm.
