Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. plain all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
    Cream butter or margarine.
    Add sugar and vanilla gradually while beating.
    Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Mix until smooth.
    Stir in pineapple. Bake in greased 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour.
