Orange-Ginger Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
2 Tbsp. minced candied ginger (optional)
Preparation

Combine in large bowl, making a well in the center, the first five ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into well.
Mix all until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin tins, 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yields 12 muffins.
