Layered Fruit 'N' Cheese Dessert Squares(Makes 15 Servings) - cooking recipe

2 c. unsifted flour
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 eggs
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 c. strawberry, peach or cherry preserves
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. blueberries, raspberries, and/or small whole strawberries
fresh berries (optional)
Preparation

For crust, in a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, pecans or walnuts, flour and the 1 tablespoon sugar.
Stir in the melted margarine or butter.
Toss to mix well.
Press mixture onto the bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 8 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
