Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can pumpkin
1 c. Crisco
3 eggs
3 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour
8 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. bag chocolate chips *
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

*Optional:
May use raisins instead of chips.
