Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
5 whole eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
8 tsp. instant coffee
1 large can evaporated milk
2 half pints whipping cream
Preparation

Dissolve coffee in evaporated milk.
Beat eggs and sugar.
Add evaporated milk, whipping cream, vanilla and salt.
Chill in freezer container before freezing in ice cream freezer.
Makes 1 gallon.
