Low-Fat Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    no-fat plain yogurt
    Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    fish of your choice
Preparation
    Dip fish in (or spread on) yogurt.
    Cover with bread crumbs. Place on baking rack and bake for 5 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn over and bake for another 5 minutes or until done.
