Low-Fat Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. eye of round or other lean roast
    2 large onions, quartered or sliced
    4 cloves chopped garlic
    6 medium sliced carrots
    3 large potatoes, cut up (about 2 lb.)
    1 can whole tomatoes (28 oz.)
    1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place meat, onions,
    garlic,
    carrots
    and
    potatoes in large roasting pan.
    Cover with canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire
    sauce
    and
    stock.
    Sprinkle
    with pepper and basil.\tCover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until done.
