Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    5 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    2/3 c. light cream
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Blend 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon
    in
    saucepan.
    Stir
    in
    water
    and
    bring to a boil, stirring
    constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and peaches. Pour
    into a shallow baking dish.
    Combine biscuit mix and 2 tablespoons of remaining sugar.
    Blend in cream.
    Drop dough in
    6 mounds
    around edge of baking dish.
    Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and orange peel.
    Sprinkle on dough.
    Bake 25 minutes
    or
    until
    peaches
    are tender and biscuits are golden brown.
    Serves 6.
