Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless breast of chicken (about 8 halves)
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/4 c. Parmesan
Preparation

Put chicken in dish for oven.
Warm tomatoes, add cornstarch and seasonings.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
