Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of garlic salt
dash of chili powder
dash of lemon pepper
Preparation

Mix with hands until well blended.
Shape into rolls and chill.
Rolls can be rolled into finely chopped nuts or paprika before chilling.
Serve with a variety of crackers.
