Zelje(Sauerkraut) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. caraway or celery seed (if desired)
sauerkraut
1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (if desired)
Preparation

Cover the kraut with water and boil for 25 minutes.
Pour off the water and sprinkle with flour.
Stir well and cook a little longer.
Serve with pork cracklings or crumbled bacon.
Kraut may be seasoned with 1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon caraway or celery seed.
