Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. bacon grease
1 large onion, chopped
3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 c. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes, celery and onion until tender.
Add flour, milk and butter.
Cook on medium heat to boil and until flour is dissolved.
