Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar and butter.
    Beat in egg and vanilla.
    Add salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour; mix well.
    Combine 2 tablespoons sugar with cinnamon in a separate bowl.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Put on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
