One Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes (85~) or envelopes (110~) yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk, heated to lukewarm
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted shortening or oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine buttermilk, sugar, shortening and salt.
