Stove Top Smoked Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 lb. smoked sausage
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 large celery
Preparation

Cut sausage in small pieces.
Cut bell pepper, celery and onion in medium pieces.
Precook sausage to a golden brown.
Add bell pepper, celery and onion; mix and stir for about 2 minutes. Cut heat off; cover with lid for 10 minutes.
