Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Pour milk into large mixing bowl and chill in freezer until crystals form around the edge.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water. Pour over cream cheese and beat with mixer until smooth.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Chill.
