Firecracker Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
1 can refried beans
2 c. cooked rice
1-2 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
6-8 flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat with onions and drain; add refried beans and cooked rice.
Add spices and simmer for 5 minutes.
Line 13x9 pan with 3-4 tortillas.
Pour meat mixture in pan.
Top with remaining tortillas.
Combine soup and tomatoes in bowl.
Pour over top of tortillas.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with sour cream on side.
