Sweet Potato Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box french vanilla cake mix (set aside 1/2 c. of mix)
5 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 can Eagle brand milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

With a fork, mix cake mix (but not the 1/2 c. reserved), 1 egg, 1/3 c. oil and the 1/2 c. pecans.
Spread in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In another bowl mix the mashed potatoes, Eagle brand milk, 2 eggs, brown sugar and the 1/2 c. cake mix and vanilla. Pour over cake mixture.
Then mix cream cheese, 2 eggs and the box of powdered sugar and pour over potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
