Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1 pt. half and half
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
Preparation
    Cook with just enough water to cover potatoes, celery and onions.
    When done, add a pint of half and half to the liquid. Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch or flour.
    Bring to a boil; enjoy good eating.
