Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 medium carton Cool Whip
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bake cake as directed on box.
    Let cool, then slice into 4 layers.
    Mix sour cream, pineapple and sugar.
    Put this between layers.
    Save 1 cup and mix with Cool Whip for icing.
