Candy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    7 qt. popcorn (unsalted)
Preparation
    Boil margarine, sugar and syrup 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add salt, vanilla and soda.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Pour over popcorn; mix well.
    Bake in oven at 150\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Bake in long, buttered pan.
