Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. plain or self-rising flour
1/2 c. uniodized salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. water
food coloring

Preparation

In saucepan, combine first 3 ingredients.
Mix well and then add remaining ingredients.
Cook on medium heat until it becomes play dough.
