Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or Colby cheese
    bay leaves
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water with a couple of bay leaves.
    Let cool.
    Peel and shred in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted margarine, chopped onion, salt and pepper.
    Add Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
