Diabetic Cake (White) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/8 c. flour
    3 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Combine vegetable oil, Sweet 'N Low, vanilla and egg; cream together.
    Add flour and milk; mix well.
    Grease pan; bake until golden brown and toothpick comes out dry.
    May add fresh fruit for different cakes.
