Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Place roast in electric skillet with 1/4 cup water.
    Cook at low temperature for 3 to 4 hours or until very tender.
    Shred with fork.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer until onions are very tender.
    Serve on rolls.
    Yields 12 servings.
