Omi'S Egg Drop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large beef soup bones
    2 onions, cut up
    4 celery, cut up
    4 carrots, cut up
    2 turnips, cut up
    salt
    pepper
    soup spices (dried)
    1/4 tsp. Maggi
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 snips parsley
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Simmer beef bones through Maggi in 2 1/2 quarts water for 2 hours.
    Strain; add bouillon cubes to broth.
    Take eggs through milk, put in blender and whip.
    Put in double boiler until set. Cut into squares.
    Put squares in bowls.
    Pour broth over it.
