Scallops And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. olive oil
    2 large mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1 Tbsp. white wine
    grated Italian cheese
    4 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter and oil. Add mushrooms, parsley, wine and lemon juice.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add scallops. Cook until done, 2 to 4 minutes. Add wine.
    Serve over angel hair.
    Serves 2 to 3.
