Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 egg whites
    1 c. blueberries
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soak oats in boiling water for 15 minutes.
    Cream oil and sugars in a large bowl.
    Beat in egg whites and oats mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 14 large muffins.
