Vegetarian Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    1 red and green bell pepper
    1 stick butter
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 large box vanilla instant pudding
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Pour in 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan (well-greased and floured). Cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
