Play Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water with food coloring
1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook over medium heat until all the mixture sticks together.
Roll into a ball and let cool.
Keep in plastic bags when not in use.
