Italian Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean rump roast
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes, cut up
    1 tsp. parsley, diced
    1 box spaghetti
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onions, celery, green peppers, and garlic in olive oil.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste and seasoning. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Brown meat in oil in a Dutch oven.
    Add mixture to meat.
    Simmer in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Turn meat often.
    Cook spaghetti and place around roast. Serve with sauce from meat pan.
